TakeWater reminds you to drink water everyday!
This application is a reminder to help you remind to drink enough water for health.
Nowadays, most people dont drink enough water in their daily life. However, you may not know that water is our bodies principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of body weight.
How many water do you need? Different people will give different answers. Although no single formula fits for everyone, my recommend is: an adequate intake of water is roughly about 3 liters a day for men, and 2.2 liters for women.
Everyone has heard the advice, "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day." That is about 1.9 liters, which isnt that different from my recommendations.
With my app, you can set your daily goal and cup capacity, set reminders to help you reach the goal, check the run chart to see how you did, and change to your prefer bottle to get better user experience.
